Human ceramide has an excellent affinity with human skin and only five types can be used in cosmetics. Ceraderma Essence contains all five ceramides making it excellent at penetrating the skin.

CERADERMA ESSENCE contains 6% ceramides - 60 times more than that of ordinary ceramide serum! While 2% ceramide is enough for atopic skin, we use 6% to compensate for extra-sensitive skin and improve skin barrier function.
In order to keep as close as possible to the natural state of skin, these ceramides are formulated in lamellar and ribosomal forms to increase penetration.The lamellar type is a 1:1:1 (molar ratio) combination of ceramide, cholesterol, and fatty acids, just like the lamellar structure of the skin. The barrier function can only be achieved with this structure.
